When configuring dispersants

2. Dispersant during polymerization reaction

When the dispersant is polymerizing, its own surface tension will also produce foam ("wet bubble") with stirring, and the existence of "wet bubble" will lead to VCM gas-phase polymerization, which is generally the reason for kettle sticking.

3. Discharge process of slurry

Generally, the slurry after reaction has to be discharged to the feed tank, while the unreacted gas has to be discharged. In this process, the discharge tank will be accompanied by a lot of foam, and the foam followed by unreacted gas will lead to material waste, pipe blockage and other problems.
